I had serious issues with hot water for several days. The staff was unresponsive when we requested clean sheets and towels. Additionally, we ran out of toilet paper and had to buy our own as there was no one to assist us.

All Pros, no Cons (or vice versa)
Absolutely fantastic location, a 5-minute stroll to the vibrant Zona Rosa. the friendly Eduardo provided invaluable local tips,,, lovely room with shared kitchen and lounge!
Shared living arrangement might not appeal to everyone,,, sound can travel quite easily from neighboring areas, causing occasional disturbances.

Perfect place for a couple! The double room had a comfy bed, a private bathroom, and access to a shared kitchen/lounge. Super clean and spacious. The stairs lead up to a nice terrace. Eduardo at the front desk was amazing with tips. Safe area. You’re near great food spots like Tacos Orinoco!

A warm welcome from the attentive staff sets a positive tone for a comfortable stay. The well-equipped room had a charming street view, perfect for soaking in the colorful atmosphere of the neighborhood. While the shower had some quirks, it was manageable. Quiet surroundings provided a good night's sleep, but the linens could have been cleaner.

The spacious terrace in our suite was perfect for enjoying our morning coffee, and the host’s warm welcome made us feel right at home. We loved relaxing in the garden area and enjoyed the chill vibe of the leisure room. A minor hiccup with the shower didn’t dampen our fantastic stay, but I suggest arriving with light luggage since there's no elevator. 😊

I loved my stay in the Superior Studio! The 24-hour check-in made things easy after my late arrival, and the room was nicely decorated with a kitchenette for quick meals. It’s located in the heart of Condessa, surrounded by great shops and parks, making it easy to explore. Plus, I enjoyed a lovely street view from my room!

Had an amazing time with my friends! The location was ideal, just a short walk to Tacos Orinoco and Zona Rosa. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The shared spaces were a nice touch for hanging out. I recommend checking out local cafes for breakfast too. they are plentiful and delicious.
One downside was the shower's drainage. It didn’t drain well, and it took longer than expected to get ready.
